Nightbeam Handlebars

Bike theft, including lights, resulted in wasted money and disappointment for the everyday college student. The solution was to create handlebars with lights built into them.

Description

The idea to make bicycle handlebars with lights built in was an attempt to solve the issue of bike component theft at Stanford University. By integrating a light system into the handlebars, bikers can say so long to the aching pockets from purchasing multiple bike lights. Or better yet, avoiding multiple biking tickets!

Materials include steel, cast aluminum, and 12V LED lights.
